In a Writ Petition before Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, it is being contended by us that properties of all trusts, including temples, are exempt from levy of Urban Development Tax (UDT) in the State of Rajasthan even though the same may be used for commercial purposes.
The outcome of this petition will have a bearing on all properties related to all temples in State of Rajasthan.
